His dedication to research and development has enabled him to build strong expertise in fragrance creation, formulation, and innovation.
Today, Mr. Bacha serves as the General Manager of Shaghaf Perfume Manufacturing Factory, where he leads the company's strategic vision and operational excellence. He is committed to integrating modern technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, into fragrance development, manufacturing processes, and product innovation.
His mission is to redefine the future of perfumery by combining artistic creativity, scientific research, and cutting-edge technology to create exceptional fragrances for global markets.

Where It Began
In 2007 Shaghaf began as a family atelier with a clear vision: to manufacture exceptional Arabic fragrances to world-class standards. Eighteen years on, that atelier has grown into a full-scale production facility supplying retailers, distributors, and hospitality groups across the region.
We source premium raw materials and combine them with modern manufacturing technologies to produce bakhoor, attar oils, and Eau de Parfum at scale — manufactured to order, available for private labeling, and finished to each client's exact specification.
